Domestic & International Shipping Options
It’s too Hot. It’s too Cold.
We recommend temperature-controlled options for extreme weather situations. If you are shipping to a hot climate or during peak summer months, natural and organic products can be affected at temperatures above 85°F (29°C). Products containing coconut oil or ingredients with a low melting point may experience separation and melting as low as 76°F (24°C). Similarly, freezing temperatures during cold snaps can also affect your products.
During summer, please use temperature-controlled shipping. Select LTL/Freight and leave a note in the customer comments section requesting a quote for temperature-controlled shipping.
Our Default Shipper is UPS
CBD RS partners with UPS for domestic and international shipments, including Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the US Virgin Islands. Please note, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Our online shopping cart calculates shipping costs based on package weight and the items selected. For shipments to Africa and the Middle East, customers are responsible for arranging freight.
Selecting United States Postal Service (USPS)
In some cases, such as for non-contiguous states like Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, USPS may be more cost-effective depending on the shipment’s weight. However, USPS does not provide temperature-controlled delivery, so we do not recommend it during extreme weather conditions.
To request a USPS quote:
- Choose LTL/FREIGHT as your shipping option.
- The amount displayed at checkout will act as a placeholder for freight costs.
- Write in the customer notes field that you would like a USPS quote.
- We will either refund the difference in shipping costs or contact you for approval if costs exceed the estimate.
Freight Options
For orders weighing over 250 pounds, CBD RS may ship via a freight carrier. We will contact you with the freight cost for approval before shipping.
International Shipping Details
CBD RS can assist with international documentation, such as:
- Certificates of Analysis (no charge)
- Certificates of Manufacturing ($45)
- Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Free Sale (fees vary by country).
It is your responsibility to request any necessary documentation for international orders.
Troubleshooting Shipping Issues
Address Issues
Mistakes happen! If you entered an incorrect address, notify us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we can help reroute your package, but you are responsible for any additional fees charged by UPS.
Refused Shipment
Refusing shipment and returning the order to us is considered a non-authorized return, and no credit will be issued. All sales are final unless there is an issue with the product itself. If there’s a problem, contact us at support@cbdrs.com or call (555) 555-5555.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items
While we pack orders with care, shipping damage can occur. Inspect packages at delivery and document any damage in the driver’s presence. If possible, retain the original packaging and take photos of any damage.
Steps for damaged or missing items:
- Contact CBD RS at cbdrs.mn@gmail.com or (763) 205-4394 with photos of the damage.
- Retain the original packing materials until the claim is resolved.
If an item is lost in transit, carriers may require up to 20 days for resolution. CBD RS will assist in tracing lost items and reshipping once the claim is resolved.
Won’t be Home for Delivery?
Consider delivering your package to a UPS Store or request “signature required upon delivery” to ensure safe receipt. Add a note in the comments field when placing your order.

CBD RS is committed to sustainability. We partner with UPS and participate in their Carbon Neutral Program, purchasing offsets for the environmental impact of each shipment. Learn more about this program through UPS.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day. For expedited orders, please place them before 10 AM ET or contact us at cbdrs.mn@gmail.com .
- Standard Processing Time: Most orders ship within 48 business hours.
- Out-of-Stock Items: We will hold your order until all items are available unless otherwise requested.
For large bulk orders, a lead time of 20–30 business days may be required for manufacturing and testing.
