Return Eligibility

We accept returns for damaged and/or unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products that have been used or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for original shipping, handling, and return postage costs, which will not be included in the refund total.
  • A 25% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion.

FDA Guidelines for Returns

As an FDA-registered facility, returned products must be discarded in accordance with FDA regulations. Therefore, it’s critical to ensure your satisfaction with your order prior to shipment.

While we accept returns or issue refunds for products damaged during shipping or those failing quality standards (e.g., separated emulsions), refunds or returns are not available for variations in Viscosity, Scent, Color

These variations occur naturally due to our use of fresh, natural ingredients that may differ between batches based on environmental and seasonal factors.
